The Vegan Society’s VEG 1 multivitamin is gluten-free, yeast-free, wheat-free, lactose-free and plastic-free. But what it lacks in allergens and pollutants, it makes up for in nutrients. The supplement contains EU-recommended nutrient reference intake (NRI) of seven nutrients in one chewable tablet:

  • Vitamin B (1.6mg/114%)
  • Vitamin B (2mg/143%)
  • Vitamin B12 (25µg/1000%)
  • Vitamin D3 (20µg/400%)
  • Folic Acid (200µg/100%)
  • Iodine (150µg/100%)
  • Selenium (60µg/109%)

Ingredients:

Sugar, Dextrose, Thickening Agent (Xanthan Gum), Bulking Agent (Microcrystalline Cellulose), Lubricant (Stearic Acid), L-Selenomethionine Prep. (Selenium), Lichen Cholecalciferol Prep. (Vitamin D3), Anti-Caking Agent (Silicon Dioxide), Flavouring (Blackcurrant), Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (Vitamin B6), Riboflavin (Vitamin B2), Folic Acid, Potassium Iodide (Iodine), Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12)

Take one a day for adults and half that for children aged 2-12. Make sure you chew the tablets for maximum absorption.
